Funder definition

Funder means Ontario Health;
Funder before the date a Transfer Order takes effect means the LHIN, and after the date a Transfer Order takes effect means Ontario Health;

  • Where the British Council and/or the Funder requires more information or considers that any report and/or other documentation is not acceptable, or where the British Council and/or the Funder believes that the performance of the activity undertaken is not in accordance with this Agreement, the British Council shall provide sufficient details to the Recipient to enable it to rectify the situation.

  • The Recipient shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that it does not become involved in any conflict of interests between the interests of the British Council and/or the Funder and the interests of the Recipient itself or any client of the Recipient.
