Furnishing Zone definition

Furnishing Zone means that portion of the sidewalk used for street trees, landscaping, transit stops, street lights, and site furnishing.
Furnishing Zone means the part of the street right-of-way between the sidewalk and the curb, surfaced in hard materials like concrete or unit pavers (but when surfaced with grass is referred to as the “boulevard”);
Furnishing Zone means the area between the Through Zone and the Curb Zone where streetscape amenities such as planter boxes, streetlights, and tree wells are typically located.
