Further Fee definition

Further Fee means the fees payable by the Hirer in addition to the Fee in accordance with clause 1.3(b).
Further Fee means the fees payable by the Customer in addition to the Fee on the terms set out in the Hire Schedule and in accordance with clause 1.4(c) of these Terms and Conditions.
Further Fee means the fees payable by the Hirer in addition to the Fee in accordance with clause 1.3(b). “GST” has the same meaning as in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth).

Related to Further Fee

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.
