Future Brand Assets definition

Future Brand Assets has the meaning specified in the definition ofPermitted Brand Disposition”.
Future Brand Assets means all Future Brand IP used solely in connection with the related Future Brand and any other assets and liabilities of a similar type and nature.
Future Brand Assets has the meaning set forth in SECTION 5.2(a)(i) hereof.

  • In making any determination with respect to Future Brand Assets, the Control Party shall have the right to consult with the Back-Up Manager or other third-party experts.
