Examples of Future Grant in a sentence

  • The chief executive officer of the eligible institution is responsible for appointing one representative from the financial aid office to act as administrator of the Arkansas Future Grant Program and to receive all communications, forms, etc.

  • Based on funding availability, the U.S. Government may make additional grant funding available to AHCCCS for the populations served under this Contract ("Future Grant").

  • Should the Contractor agree to be a sub-recipient of the Future Grant, it shall notify AHCCCS in writing of the acceptance of AHCCCS' offer.

Related to Future Grant

  • RSU means a contractual right granted pursuant to Section 9 that is denominated in Shares. Each RSU represents a right to receive the value of one Share (or a percentage of such value) in cash, Shares or a combination thereof. Awards of RSUs may include the right to receive dividend equivalents.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Restricted Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share, granted pursuant to Section 8. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.

  • Restricted Share Unit means the right granted to a Participant pursuant to Article 7 to receive a Share at a future date.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Share, as awarded under the Plan.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • PSU means Public Sector Undertaking

  • Stock Grant means the grant of shares of Stock not subject to restrictions or other forfeiture conditions.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Restricted Share Award means an award of Restricted Shares.
