Future Improvement Area definition

Future Improvement Area means a distinct portion of the Major Improvement Area that may be developed in a phase, as a separate and distinct Improvement Areas, after Improvement Area #1.
Future Improvement Area means a distinct portion of the Major Improvement Area described by metes and bounds and developed as an individual improvement area after Improvement Area #1, with such area(s) to be described, designated, and subject to separate Assessments levied in future Annual Service Plan Updates.
Future Improvement Area means those Improvement Areas within the boundaries of the PID but outside of Improvement Area #1 and not subject to development at this time.

More Definitions of Future Improvement Area

Future Improvement Area means a distinct portion of Phases 2, 3, 4, and/or 5, described by metes and bounds and developed as an individual Improvement Area at a future time, with such area(s) to be described and designated in updates to the Assessment Plan, as generally depicted on Exhibit “B-3”, attached hereto.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
