Future Improvement Area Assessed Property means any and all Parcels within a Future Improvement Area other than Non‐Benefited Property and as shown on an assessment roll against which a Future Improvement Area Assessment relating to the Future Improvement Area Improvements is levied.
Future Improvement Area Assessed Property means parcels within a Future Improvement Area that are assessed for the Future Improvement Area Project Costs pursuant to the Service and Assessment Plan.
Future Improvement Area Assessed Property means any and all Parcels within the Future Improvement Area other than Non-Benefitted Property.
