Examples of Future Parity Bonds in a sentence
Capital Appreciation Bonds means any Future Parity Bonds all or a portion of the interest on which is compounded, accumulated and payable only upon redemption or on the maturity date of such Capital Appreciation Bonds.
If so provided in the ordinance authorizing their issuance, Future Parity Bonds may be deemed to be Capital Appreciation Bonds for only a portion of their term.
All payees must provide a valid IRS Form W-9 or the appropriate IRS Form W-8 (attached hereto as Exhibit B).

The amounts pledged by this ordinance to be paid out of the Electric Fund into the Parity Bond Fund (and the Debt Service Account and Reserve Account therein) are hereby declared to be a prior lien and charge upon all the money in the Electric Fund superior to all other charges of any kind or nature except the charges required to pay the Operation and Maintenance Expense and equal in rank to the charges necessary to pay the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on any Future Parity Bonds.
