Future Service Provider definition

Future Service Provider means any service provider who shall provide any services equivalent to the Partnering Services immediately after termination or expiry of this Agreement or suspension of exclusivity in respect of such Partnering Services;

Future Service Provider has the meaning given to it in Clause 28.12.4

Future Service Provider means any third party provider of the Works who replaces Supplier.

• For the purposes of this clause 30 Returning Employees shall mean those employees wholly or mainly engaged in the provision of the Services as the case may be as immediately before the Expiry Date or the Termination Date or the date for the implementation of a Transfer Change whose employment transfers to the Authority or a Future Service Provider pursuant to TUPE.

• No provision of this Contract is intended to confer any benefit on, or to be enforceable by, any person who is not a party to the Contract, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, save that, subject in each case to SHL’s approval (but not otherwise) any Client Party may enforce the provisions of clauses 7.1.8, 13, 16, 20, or 23 and any Future Service Provider may enforce the provisions of clause 23 directly against the Supplier.

More Definitions of Future Service Provider

Future Service Provider each and every service provider who shall provide any service equivalent to any of the Services immediately after expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement;
