Future Warrants definition

Future Warrants means Warrants No.'s 1003, 1004, 1005 and 1006 entitling Sellers to acquire 287,500 shares of Common Stock.
Future Warrants shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Future Warrants is defined in the Certificate of Designation.
