Gaming Contractor definition

Gaming Contractor means any person or entity that supplies gaming devices or other gaming equipment, personnel, or services, including gaming management or consulting services, to any Gaming Activity or Gaming Enterprise.
Gaming Contractor means any person or entity that supplies gaming devices or other gaming equipment, personnel, or services (including a Management Contract) to the Gaming Operation for any Gaming Activities;
Gaming Contractor means any person or entity that supplies gaming devices, gaming components, gaming equipment, personnel or services to the Gaming Operation and includes such Gaming Resource Suppliers.

  • For purposes of this subparagraph, a relationship is severed if the convicted or liable person or employee has no continuing connection with the direction or control of any aspect of the business of the Class III Gaming Contractor, and the convicted or liable person or employee is no longer employed by the Class III Gaming Contractor in any capacity.

  • The Tribal Gaming Commission shall submit any proposed Major Procurement to the State for review, comment and a background investigation of the proposed Class III Gaming Contractor.

  • A prospective Class III Gaming Contractor fails to provide any information requested by the Tribal Gaming Commission or OSP under this Article for the purpose of making any determination required by this Article.

  • If a prospective Class III Gaming Contract could not otherwise be consummated because of the requirements of Article VIII regarding a Key Employee of the Class III Gaming Contractor, the Tribe may enter into a Class III Gaming Contract only if OSP and the Tribal Gaming Commission agree that the relationship between the Class III Gaming Contractor and the convicted or liable person or employee has been severed.

  • The Tribe, the Oregon State Police, or their agents reserve the right to examine Class III Gaming Contractor tax reports and filings and the detailed records from which the tax reports are compiled.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.
