Gap hours definition

Gap hours worked means those hours worked that are in excess of the regular hours worked, but hours are not in excess of forty (40) hours per work week.
Gap hours worked means those hours worked that are in excess of the regular hours worked but hours not in excess of forty (40) hours per work week, as more particularly set forth in the Court’s policy governing employee work hours.

Examples of Gap hours in a sentence

  • Gap hours shall be separately compensated at a rate equivalent to the hourly rate of the yearly salary and overtime hours shall be separately compensated at a rate equivalent to one and one-half times the hourly rate of the yearly salary.

  • All records must be retained on the premises of the supervising organization for a period of three (3) years following the final distribution, must be organized in such a way for quick recall, and must be open for public inspection during normal business hours.

  • Gap hours shall be separately compensated at a rate equivalent to the hourly rate of the yearly salary and overtime hours shall beseparately compensated at a rate equivalent to one and one-half (1 ½) times the hourly rate of the yearly salary, or compensatory time off shall be given, weighted in the same manner.

  • Any delivered service hours on a School contract, either via in-person or via Telehealth, will reduce the Gap hours for that period.
