Garbage Receptacle definition

Garbage Receptacle means a bin intended or used for thestorage of household waste;
Garbage Receptacle means a receptacle provided with a water tight cover, having a capacity of up to 125 litres and made of iron, plastic or rubber, or securely closed plastic garbage bags having a capacity of no more than 50 litres, but excludes cardboard boxes and paper bags;
