Gas purchase plan definition

Gas purchase plan or "GPP" means a submittal that describes the utility’s planned purchases of gas commodity and upstream services to be used to meet sales gas and gas transportation demand.

  • Stock Purchase Plan means the employee stock purchase plan to be established by Water Pik pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Incentive Plan means any plan providing compensation that depends on achieving certain performance goals or similar conditions within a specified period;

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

  • ESPP means the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner, including the Plan.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means the Company's 1999 Stock Option Plan.

  • Stock Purchase has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Stock Purchase Rights means any warrants, options or other rights to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any shares of Common Stock or any Convertible Securities.

  • Savings Plan or "plans" means a plan that provides different investment strategies and allows account distributions for qualified higher education expenses.

  • Dividend Reinvestment Plan means a regular dividend reinvestment or other plan of the Corporation made available by the Corporation to holders of its securities where such plan permits the holder to direct that some or all of:

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and the Optionee evidencing the terms and restrictions applying to stock purchased under a Stock Purchase Right. The Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Notice of Grant.

  • Stock Acquisition means the purchase or other acquisition by a Person or its Subsidiaries of all or substantially all of the Stock of any other Person.

  • Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Common Stock pursuant to Section 11 below.

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the 1996 Equity Incentive Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors and 1999 Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Investment Plan means the document in terms of which the special purpose vehicle will invest in unlisted investments and all matters incidental thereto;

  • Approved Stock Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to which the Company's securities may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Company.
