Revolving Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Revolving Credit Facility.
Protective apron means an apron made of radiation-attenuating materials used to reduce exposure to radiation.
Term Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as agent for the “Secured Parties” under (and as defined in) the Term Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
Canadian Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as Canadian administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder.
First Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
Term Loan Administrative Agent means Bank of America, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
Second Lien Administrative Agent shall have the meaning assigned to the term “Administrative Agent” in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
Administrative Agents the collective reference to the General Administrative Agent and the Canadian Administrative Agent.
Biological agent means any microorganism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product that may be engineered through biotechnology, or any naturally occurring or bioengineered component of any such microorganism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product, capable of causing:
ABL Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation, or any successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation.
Administrative Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on the signature pages hereof in relation to the Administrative Agent or such other address as the Administrative Agent may from time to time specify in accordance with Section 10.01.

Administrative agency or "agency" means each board, bureau, commission, department, or other administrative unit of the executive branch of state government, including one or more officers, employees, or other persons directly or indirectly purporting to act on behalf or under authority of the agency. Administrative Agent’s Office means the Administrative Agent’s address and, as appropriate, account as set forth on Schedule 10.02, or such other address or account as the Administrative Agent may from time to time notify to the Borrower and the Lenders.
Lenders means the Persons listed on Schedule 2.01 and any other Person that shall have become a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption, other than any such Person that ceases to be a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption.
U.S. Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as lender of U.S. Swingline Loans hereunder.
Canadian Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as lender of Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder.
Effective age means the age of property that is based on the amount of observed deterioration and obsolescence it has sustained, which may be different from its chronological age. It is the age indicated by the condition and utility of a structure and is based on an appraiser’s judgment and interpretation of market perceptions. The maintenance standards of owners or occupants can influence the pace of building depreciation. If one building is better maintained than other buildings in its market area, the effective age of that building may be less than its Actual Age. If a building is poorly maintained, its effective age may be greater than its Actual Age. If a building has received typical maintenance, its effective age and Actual Age may be the same.
Administrative Agent’s Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.9 [Administrative Agent’s Fee].
Cryptocurrency means a digital or electronic medium of exchange, operating independently of a central bank, in which encryption techniques are used to regulate generation of units and to verify transfer of units from one person to another.
Supplemental Administrative Agent has the meaning specified in Section 9.13(a) and “Supplemental Administrative Agents” shall have the corresponding meaning.
LC Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.
Administrative Agent’s Account means an account at a bank designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time as the account into which the Borrower shall make all payments to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Agents and the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Administrative Agent-Related Persons means Administrative Agent, its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates.
Receiving Bank means the financial institution where a Receiving Party maintains its account.
