GATE Program definition

GATE Program means the Bank of America GATE Education Loan Program described in the Product Specifications.
GATE Program is amended by deleting the word "GATE" therefrom and the term "Program" shall mean both the Bank of America GATE Education Loan Program and the Bank of America XXXX Programs, as each of those programs is described in its Product Specifications. 3. The terms "Bank of America GATE Conforming Loans", "Bank of America GATE Education Loan Pool", and "Bank of America GATE Notes" are each amended by deleting the word "GATE" therefrom. 4. The definition of "Seasoned Loan" is amended by: a. Revising subparagraph (i) of subsection (b) thereof to read in its entirety: "(i) Bank of America GATE Undergraduate Education Loans, and Bank of America XXXX Alternative Loans (as each of those terms is defined in the Product Specifications) made to Borrowers in their first (1st), second (2nd) or third (3rd) academic year;" b. Revising subparagraphs (i) and (ii) of subsection (c) thereof to read in their entirety: "(i) Bank of America GATE Undergraduate Education Loans and Bank of America XXXX Alternative Loans (as each of those terms is defined in the Product Specifications) made to Borrowers in their fourth (4th) or later academic year; and (ii) Bank of America GATE Graduate Professional Education Loans and Bank of America XXXX Professional Education Program Loans (as each of those terms is defined in the Product Specifications)." 5. Section 2.04 is amended and restated as set forth in Schedule 2.04 attached hereto, with amendments shown in "blackline". F.
GATE Program means the Bank of America GATE Education Loan Program described in the Product Specifications. “Guaranty Agreement” means the agreement of that name between Program Lender and XXXX, dated as of April 30, 2001. "Minimum Purchase Price" has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04.

  • Affiliate Program The program we've set up for our affiliates as described in this Agreement.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • Pest Management Plan and “PMP” means the Recipient’s plan dated March 9, 2010, which: (i) addresses the concerns relating to the Project risks associated with potential increases in the use of pesticides for agricultural production, intensification and diversification and controlling disease vector populations arising from irrigation schemes; (ii) sets forth mitigation and monitoring measures to be taken during Project implementation and operation to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels; (iii) recommends institutional measures to strengthen national capacities to implement the mitigation and monitoring measures; and (iv) as part of the implementation arrangements, identifies national agencies and other partners that could play a vital role in the success of the Project.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Storm water management plan means a comprehensive plan designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants from storm water after the site has under gone final stabilization following completion of the construction activity.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Independent living program means a program designed to assist a juvenile to enhance skills and abilities necessary for successful adult living and may include but shall not be limited to minimal direct staff supervision and supportive services in making the arrangements necessary for an appropriate place of residence, completing an education, vocational training, obtaining employment or other similar services;

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.

  • PACE program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.

  • Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.

  • Pilot program means a program using a representative sample of residential and small commercial customers to assist in developing and offering customer choice of electricity supply for all residential and commercial customers.

  • risk management plan ’ means a risk management plan submitted to the Ad- ministrator by an owner or operator of a stationary source under subparagraph (B)(iii).

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.
