Gathering and Processing Agreement definition

Gathering and Processing Agreement means the Fifth Amended and Restated Cowtown Gas Facilities Gas Gathering and Processing Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Quicksilver, Cowtown Pipeline Partners L.P. and Cowtown Gas Processing Partners L.P., as such agreement may be amended or restated and in effect at the time a determination is being made thereunder pursuant to this Agreement.
