General Dispute Notice definition

General Dispute Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(b)(i).
General Dispute Notice means a notice of a dispute delivered by either Party to the other Party, which notice describes the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail and invokes the procedure for dispute resolution set forth in Section 21.7.

  • The location of the hui will be one of the Marae selected by the party that issued the General Dispute Notice, or such other location as agreed by the parties.

  • Arbitration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

  • Dispute Date means, with respect to a Dispute, the date on which a Dispute Notice is effectively delivered by one party to the other party save that if, with respect to a Dispute, both parties deliver a Dispute Notice, the date on which the first in time of such notices is effectively delivered will be the Dispute Date. Each Dispute Notice will be effectively delivered if delivered in the manner agreed between the parties for the giving of notices in respect of this Agreement.

  • Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Relevant Dispute means any difference between the parties arising out of or in connection with this contract; "Relevant Force Majeure Event" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1;

  • CFIUS Notice means a joint voluntary notice with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement prepared by the parties and submitted to CFIUS in accordance with the requirements of the DPA.

  • Dispute means any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of whatever nature arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement, including a dispute regarding the existence, formation, validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this Agreement or the consequences of its nullity and also including any dispute relating to any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement.

  • Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Labor dispute as used here, means a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute between the Employer and its Employees, during which time the Employee is not paid by the Employer.

  • Notice of Disagreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
