General Increase definition

General Increase as used herein means any increase generally applicable to a class or group, but does not include increases granted to individuals for merit, length of service or change in position or responsibility made on the basis of the custom and past practices of the Company or any Company Subsidiary. Schedule 4.23 includes the date and amount of the last bonus or similar distribution or increase in compensation for each listed individual.
