General Plan of Development definition

General Plan of Development means the Declarant's general plan of development of the Property as approved by appropriate governmental agencies, as may be amended from time to time.

General Plan of Development means that portion of the plat of Oaks East dedicated to the Association and submitted to this Declaration, initially or by subsequent Amendment (hereinafter defined), as approved by the appropriate governmental agencies, and which shall represent the development plan and general uses of the Property.
