Gift Cards means the gift cards issued by Goodwood for purchase and purchased by you as a result of the Activity, the specific terms and conditions for which are set out in paragraph 14 of these Terms and Conditions;
Gift Cards means all merchandise credits, gift certificates and gift cards of the Borrowers entitling the holder thereof to use all or a portion of the credit, certificate or gift card to pay all or a portion of the purchase price for any Inventory.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 4.b(ii)(3)(a) is not intended to and shall not preclude you from offering and redeeming Gift Cards that are redeemable only on Other Zynga Services [*].

Without limiting the foregoing, 888 CANTEEN may suspend your access to the Services if we believe you to be in violation of any part of this Agreement (including any 888 CANTEEN Policies) or, with respect to purchasers of 888 CANTEEN Elite Membership and/or 888 CANTEEN Gift Cards, if we receive excessive chargebacks on the debit or credit card associated with your Account.

Gift Cards means (a) prepaid balance cards (including single use set amount cards, if any) issued by Sellers that can be used or redeemed to purchase products of the Business and (b) to the extent set forth on Schedule 1.1(g), cards to customers of the Business entitling such customers to discounts on purchases of products of the Business.
