Global Class R Notes is defined in Section 4.2.
Global Certificates Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.
Regulation S Global Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(i) of this Agreement.
Global Certificate means a Certificate that evidences all or part of the Units and is registered in the name of the Depositary or a nominee thereof.
Regulation S Permanent Global Certificate means any single permanent global Certificate, in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupons received in exchange for a Regulation S Temporary Global Certificate.
Global Securities means a Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Securities, issued to the Depository for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depository or nominee.
Public Global Certificates A Global Certificate relating to a Class of Public Certificates.
Regulation S Global Securities Appendix A
Definitive Capital Securities Certificates means either or both (as the context requires) of (i) Capital Securities Certificates issued as Book-Entry Capital Securities Certificates as provided in Section 5.11, and (ii) Capital Securities Certificates issued in certificated, fully registered form as provided in Section 5.13.
Rule 144A Global Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(ii) of this Agreement.
Regulation S Global Certificate With respect to any Class of Book-Entry Non-Registered Certificates offered and sold to institutions that are non-United States Securities Persons in Offshore Transactions in reliance on Regulation S, a single global Certificate, or multiple global Certificates collectively, in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupon, each of which Certificates bears a Regulation S Legend.
Regulation S Global Notes means, collectively, the Temporary Regulation S Global Notes and the Permanent Regulation S Global Notes.
Regulation S Permanent Global Security means a permanent global Security in the form of Exhibit A hereto bearing the Global Security Legend and the Private Placement Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Regulation S Temporary Global Security upon expiration of the Restricted Period.
Restricted Global Certificate Has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).
A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.
Definitive Capital Securities means any Capital Securities in definitive form issued by the Trust.
Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
DTC Notes means Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC. All of the Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.
Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.
Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.
Class R-III Certificate Any one of the Class R-III Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.
Class R-5 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 5.
Rule 144A Global Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b)(i) of the Series 2018-1 Supplement.
Global Capital Security means a Capital Securities Certificate evidencing ownership of Book-Entry Capital Securities.
Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
