Global Medical Affairs Plan has the definition set forth in Section 9.1 (Medical Affairs Plans).

  • The strategic objectives in the U.S. Medical Affairs Plan will be consistent with the strategic objectives in the Global Medical Affairs Plan, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

  • In addition, each Party will provide to the Local JCCs (in a joint meeting) an annual update and will provide to the Medical Affairs Subcommittee (when requested by the Medical Affairs Subcommittee) an update (in each case by means of a slide presentation or otherwise) summarizing its Medical Affairs Activities and progress under the Global Medical Affairs Plan (with respect to Aurinia) and Local Medical Affairs Plan(s) (with respect to Otsuka).

  • Ionis, through the JSC, will update the Global Medical Affairs Plan on [***] basis.

  • The strategic objectives in the Roche Medical Affairs Plan and the Sarepta Medical Affairs Plan, respectively, will be consistent with the activities and strategic objectives set forth in the Joint Global Medical Affairs Plan, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
