Global Trade Control Laws definition

Global Trade Control Laws means the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the economic sanctions regulations administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, E.U. Council Regulations on export controls, including Nos. 428/2009, 267/2012, other E.U. Council sanctions regulations, as implemented in the E.U. member states, United Nations sanctions policies, and all relevant regulations made under any of the foregoing.
Global Trade Control Laws means the U.S. Export Administration Regulations; the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations; the economic sanctions rules and regulations implemented under statutory authority and/or President’s Executive Orders and administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control; U.S. Customs Regulations; European Union (E.U.) Council Regulations on export controls, including Nos. 428/2009, 267/2012; other E.U. Council sanctions regulations, as implemented in E.U. Member States; United Nations sanctions policies; all relevant regulations and legislative instruments made under any of the above; other relevant economic sanctions, export and import control laws, and other laws, regulations, legislation, Orders and requirements imposed by a relevant governmental entity.

  • Institution and CRO will comply with all applicable Global Trade Control Laws.

Global Trade Control Laws means any laws, regulations or conventions in any part of the world related to import transactions, export transactions, or economic sanctions, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations; the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations; the economic sanctions rules and regulations implemented under statutory authority or the U.S. President’s Executive Orders and administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury or U.S. Department of State; European Union Council Regulations on export controls, including Nos. 428/2009, 267/2012; other E.U. Council sanctions regulations, as implemented in E.U. Member States; United Nations sanctions policies; economic sanctions administered by Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom; and all relevant regulations made under any of the foregoing.
