Global Trade Control Laws means all applicable economic sanctions, export and import control laws, regulations and orders.

Council Regulations on export controls, including Nos.428/2009, 267/2012; other E.U. Council sanctions regulations, as implemented in E.U. Member States; United Nations sanctions policies; all relevant regulations and legislative instruments made under any of the above; other relevant economic sanctions, export and import control laws, and other laws, regulations, legislation, orders and requirements imposed by a relevant governmental entity.
