GOS contractor definition

GOS contractor means a person who is included in a Local Health Board’s ophthalmic list and provides general ophthalmic services as part of the health service in Wales under the National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) Regulations 1986(5);

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.
