Eligible Period Sample Clauses

Eligible Period. The Eligibility Period of the Agreement shall be from the Effective Date till the end of 25 (twenty five) years from Dtd ……./ /20 , for the purpose of transmission/wheeling of power as more particularly described under this Agreement (i.e., from / /20 Up to _ _/ /20 )
Eligible Period. The Eligible Period of the Agreement will be …….. (………………….) years from the date of commencement of operation by the Wind-Solar hybrid generator or the life span thereof, whichever is earlier, for the purpose of availing the benefits on account of Transmission/wheeling of power, as more particularly described under this Agreement.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Qualifying Period If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position, then that employee shall be considered a qualifying employee in her new position for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position either within or outside the certification and is found to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position. If a regular employee is promoted to a position, either within or outside the certification, and finds the position to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position.

  • Vacation Eligibility Subject to the provisions of Sections 3., 4., 8., and 9. hereof, vacations with pay shall be granted during the vacation year to each employee, except upon dismissal for misconduct, who shall have completed a period of six (6)-months’ employment since date of engagement or reengagement, whichever is later, and who has performed work for the Company within the vacation year, as follows: a.   • Compensatory Time Eligibility The Employer may grant compensatory time in lieu of cash payment for overtime to an overtime-eligible employee, upon agreement between the Employer and the employee. Compensatory time must be granted at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) hours of compensatory time for each hour of overtime worked.

  • Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.

  • Eligible Population 5.1 Program eligibility is determined by applicable law set forth in Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual. 5.2 The unduplicated number of Clients for PHC services is 430. This represents the Grantee’s projected number of unduplicated Clients to be served during the Contract period. If during the Contract period it is foreseen that the Grantee might be unable to serve the contracted number of children, HHSC may reduce the Grantee’s grant award amount.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Effective Period Termination This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of its execution and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated as hereinafter provided. This Agreement may be terminated by each Investment Company, on behalf of a Fund, or by the Custodian by 90 days notice in Writing to the other provided that any termination by an Investment Company shall be authorized by a resolution of the Board, a certified copy of which shall accompany such notice of termination, and provided further, that such resolution shall specify the names of the persons to whom the Custodian shall deliver the assets of the affected Funds held by the Custodian. If notice of termination is given by the Custodian, the affected Investment Companies shall, within 90 days following the giving of such notice, deliver to the Custodian a certified copy of a resolution of the Boards specifying the names of the persons to whom the Custodian shall deliver assets of the affected Funds held by the Custodian. In either case the Custodian will deliver such assets to the persons so specified, after deducting therefrom any amounts which the Custodian determines to be owed to it hereunder (including all costs and expenses of delivery or transfer of Fund assets to the persons so specified). If within 90 days following the giving of a notice of termination by the Custodian, the Custodian does not receive from the affected Investment Companies certified copies of resolutions of the Boards specifying the names of the persons to whom the Custodian shall deliver the assets of the Funds held by the Custodian, the Custodian, at its election, may deliver such assets to a bank or trust company doing business in the State of California to be held and disposed of pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or may continue to hold such assets until a certified copy of one or more resolutions as aforesaid is delivered to the Custodian. The obligations of the parties hereto regarding the use of reasonable care, indemnities and payment of fees and expenses shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
