Official Version. The Parties have participated jointly in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement. In the event an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, this Agreement shall be construed as if drafted jointly by the Parties and no presumption or burden of proof shall arise favoring or disfavoring any Party by virtue of the authorship of any of the provisions of this Agreement.

Official Version. For the purposes of interpretation in the province of Quebec should there be a difference between the French text and the English version of this Labour Agreement, the French text shall prevail.

Official Version. This Agreement has been prepared in both the English and Portuguese languages solely for the convenience of the parties. In the event of any inconsistencies in the interpretation of the two versions, the Portuguese version shall be considered the official version for resolving any disputes between the parties.

Official Version. In the event that one or more parties translates this Agreement, the exhibits hereto, or any other documents, certificates, agreements or other writings contemplated hereby or thereby into other languages for the sake of convenience, the English language version of all such writings shall for all purposes be deemed to be the official version of such writing.

Official Version. Only the English language of this Agreement shall be considered the official agreement of the parties notwithstanding any translation thereof made by any party to this Agreement.
