Governing Law and Language. This Framework Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and all communication between us and you during our contractual relationship shall be conducted in English.
Governing Law and Language. This Contract shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to its conflict of laws principles, subject to the privileges and immunities accorded to the Fund in the Governing Instrument and the Headquarters Agreement. The Contract is in English, which shall be the binding and controlling language on matters relating to the meaning and/or interpretation of the Contract, unless otherwise specified in the Contract. Notices and other correspondences pertaining to the Contract that the Parties may exchange shall likewise be in English.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of California as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within California between California residents. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to this Agreement.
