Governing Laws means the CRLPA, DRULPA, MULPL, KRULPA, TRLPA and FRULPA, as applicable.
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law.
bodies governed by public law means bodies that have all of the following characteristics:
Company Governing Documents means the Company Bylaws and the Company Certificate.
Governing statute of an organization means the statute that governs the organization's internal affairs.
Governing Instruments means, with regard to any entity, the articles of incorporation and bylaws in the case of a corporation, certificate of limited partnership (if applicable) and the partnership agreement in the case of a general or limited partnership, the articles of formation and the operating agreement in the case of a limited liability company, the trust instrument in the case of a trust, or similar governing documents, in each case as amended from time to time.
body governed by public law means any body:
Governing instrument means collectively this Agreement, the Bylaws, all amendments to this Agreement and the Bylaws and every resolution of the Trustees or any committee of the Trustees that by its terms is incorporated by reference into this Agreement or stated to constitute part of the Trust's Governing Instrument or that is incorporated herein by Section 2.3 of this Agreement;
Indian governing body means the governing body of any tribe, band, or group of Indians subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and recognized by the United States as possessing power of self-government.
School Governors or Governing Body means the Governors of the School who are appointed from time to time under the terms of its governing instrument and who are responsible for governance of the School.
Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document.
Public Governor means a member of the Council of Governors elected by the members of one of the Public Constituencies;
Terms of the citation means those conditions and options expressly stated upon the citation.
EEA Agreement means the Agreement on the European Economic Area signed at Oporto on 2nd May 1992 as adjusted by the Protocol signed at Brussels on 17th March 1993;
Governing Documents means, with respect to any Person, the certificate or articles of incorporation, by-laws, or other organizational documents of such Person.
Local Governing Bodies means the committees appointed pursuant to Articles 100-101A and 104 (and “Local Governing Body” means any one of these committees);
New Corporate Governance Documents means the form of certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws, limited liability company agreement, partnership agreement, shareholders’ agreement, or such other applicable formation, organizational, and governance documents (if any) of the Equity Issuer, including any certificates of designation, forms of which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
the data protection principles means the principles set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to that Act, as read subject to Part II of that Schedule and to section 27(1) of that Act;
Laws means, collectively, all international, foreign, Federal, state and local statutes, treaties, rules, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, codes and administrative or judicial precedents or authorities, including the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with the enforcement, interpretation or administration thereof, and all applicable administrative orders, directed duties, requests, licenses, authorizations and permits of, and agreements with, any Governmental Authority, in each case whether or not having the force of law.
Governance Rights means all of a Member's rights as a Member in the Company other than Financial Rights and the right to assign Financial Rights.
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;
