AWS Customer Agreement means AWS’s standard user agreement located on the AWS Site at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/agreement (and any successor or related locations designated by AWS), as may be updated by AWS from time to time.

• With respect to such Third Party Cloud Services and the Cloud Service to the extent dependent on or under the control of the Third Party Cloud Services or the third party provider, the data protection and technical and operational security measures for the Cloud Service will be no less than those described in the AWS Customer Agreement and its referenced attachments available here: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/agreement/.

• The Parties further acknowledge that the Subscription is subject to Subscriber’s AWS Customer Agreement and AWS Service Terms or other agreement with AWS governing use of AWS services, and such terms shall prevail to the extent that they conflict with any of the foregoing components of the Subscription.

• AWS consents to this transfer, which will be effective from a predetermined date, as per the original AWS Customer Agreement between AWS and the Customer.
