Government Authorisations definition

Government Authorisations means all such approvals, consents, authorisations, acknowledgements, licenses or permits required to be issued by any Government Authority to the Company for the establishment of the Company or to the Company or the Contractor(s) for the construction, financing, ownership, operation and maintenance of the Facility by the Company or the Contractor(s), including, without limitation, those Government Authorisations listed in Schedule 1 of the Implementation Agreement;

Government Authorisations means those formal permits, licences, authorisations, consents, decrees, waivers, privileges, approvals and filings (including the Environmental Impact Assessment) required to be obtained from or provided by any Government Authority for the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, any other Project Agreement or any Financing Document, including without limitation; (i) in the case of the Project Company, for the design, development, construction, financing, ownership, operation or maintenance of the PV Facility (or any other activities incidental thereto), as contemplated by this Agreement, the other Project Agreements or the Financing Documents, in particular those listed in Schedule 11; and (ii) in the case of NEPCO for the design, development, construction, financing, ownership, operation or maintenance of the Interconnection Facilities or of the NEPCO Grid;

Examples of Government Authorisations in a sentence

  • As soon as available, copies of all permits, licenses, approvals and other Government Authorisations that have been issued to the Company for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the Facility.

  • Authorisations means any consent, registration, filing, notarisation, licence, approval, permit, authority or exemption from, by or with any Governmental Authority and all corporate, creditors’, shareholders’ and third-party approvals or consents;

  • Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;

  • Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.

  • Governmental Antitrust Authority has the meaning set forth in Section 5.08(b).

  • Authorisation means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.

  • Governmental Agency means (a) any international, foreign, federal, state, county or municipal government, or political subdivision thereof, (b) any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, instrumentality or public body or (c) any court or administrative tribunal, each of competent jurisdiction.

  • Governmental Authorities means any nation, government, province, state, or any entity, authority or body exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, including any government authority, agency, department, board, commission or instrumentality of any government or any political subdivision thereof, court, tribunal, arbitrator, the governing body of any securities exchange, and self-regulatory organization, in each case having competent jurisdiction (with each of such Governmental Authorities being referred to as a “Governmental Authority”).

  • Required Authorisation means any authorisation, consent, declaration, licence, permit, exemption, approval or other document, whether imposed by or arising in connection with any law, regulation, custom, contract, security or otherwise howsoever which must be obtained at any time from any person, government entity or central bank or other self-regulating or supra-national authority in order to enable the Borrower lawfully to draw the Loan and/or to enable any Security Party lawfully and continuously to continue its corporate existence and/or perform all its obligations whatsoever whensoever arising under the Loan Documents and/or grant security under the Security Documents and/or to ensure the continuous validity and enforceability thereof;

  • Governmental Agencies means any national, provincial or local court, governmental agency or body, stock exchange authorities or any other regulator in the PRC;

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Regulatory Agency necessary for the preclinical or clinical testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Governmental Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, license or exemption of, registration or filing with, or report or notice to, any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Authority(ies) means any Federal, state, local, quasi-governmental instrumentality or foreign court, or governmental agency, authority, instrumentality, agency, bureau, commission, department or regulatory body.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Governmental Permit means any license, franchise, permit or other authorization of any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Government Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, waiver, exception, variance, order, exemption, publication, filing, declaration, concession, grant, franchise, agreement, permission, permit, or license of, from or with any Governmental Authority, the giving notice to, or registration with, any Governmental Authority or any other action in respect of any Governmental Authority.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, notifications, authorizations, orders, exemptions, registrations, listings, certifications, licenses and permits granted by, submitted to or filed with any Regulatory Agencies necessary for the testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of any Product in any country or jurisdiction, including any Investigational Application.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
