Government Contract Bid definition

Government Contract Bid means any offer, quotation, bid or proposal which, if accepted or awarded, would result in a Government Contract;
Government Contract Bid means any quotation, offer, bid or proposal made by the Company prior to the Effective Time that, if accepted, would result in or lead to a Government Contract. For avoidance of doubt, the term Government Contract Bid includes only quotations, offers, bids or proposals that have not expired and for which award has not been made.
Government Contract Bid means any offer, proposal or quote for goods or services to be delivered by the Company or, with respect to the Business, the Seller or any of its other direct or indirect Subsidiaries, that if awarded by a Governmental Authority would lead to a Government Contract.

  • For avoidance of doubt, the term Government Contract Bid includes only quotations, offers, bids or proposals that have not expired and for which award has not been made.

  • The Company and the Company Subsidiaries are in compliance, and have been in compliance since January 1, 2016, in all material respects with the terms and conditions of each Company Government Contract and Government Contract Bid, including all clauses, provisions and requirements incorporated expressly by reference or by operation of Law therein.


More Definitions of Government Contract Bid

Government Contract Bid means quotations, bids and proposals for awards of new Government Contracts made by Seller for which no award has been announced and for which Seller believes there is a reasonable prospect that such an award to Seller may yet be made.
Government Contract Bid means any outstanding bid, offer, proposal or quote for goods or services to be delivered to or in support of a Governmental Entity under a proposed prime contract, proposed subcontract (at any tier) under a proposed prime contract or Task Order.
Government Contract Bid means a bid, offer, or proposal issued by a contractor that, if accepted or awarded, would result in a Government Contract.
Government Contract Bid has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.14(a).
Government Contract Bid means any offer, proposal or quote for goods or services to be delivered by any Company that if awarded by a Governmental Body would lead to a Government Contract, including but not limited to any teaming agreement, joint venture agreement, or partnering agreement executed for the purpose of obtaining a Government Contract.
Government Contract Bid means any written quotation, bid or proposal made by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that if accepted or awarded to the Company or its Subsidiaries would constitute a Government Contract.
Government Contract Bid has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(d). “Governmental Authority” means any federal, state, local, or foreign government, political subdivision or governmental or regulatory authority, agency, board, bureau, commission, instrumentality, or court or quasi-governmental authority. “Hazardous Substances” means any substance presently listed, defined, designated, or classified as hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or dangerous, or otherwise regulated, under any Environmental Law. The term “Hazardous Substances” includes any substance to which exposure is regulated by any Governmental Authority or any Environmental Law including any toxic waste, pollutant, contaminant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, industrial substance or petroleum or any derivative or by-product thereof, radon, radioactive material, asbestos or asbestos containing material, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, lead, or polychlorinated biphenyls. “HSR Act” means the U.S. Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. “Indemnified Parties” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(a).
