Government facility definition

Government facility means infrastructure, improvements, or a building that:

  • The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons.

Government facility. ’ means property owned or substantially controlled by the Gov- ernment and the services of any civilian and military personnel of the Government; and
