Other Stock-Based Awards means Awards granted to a Participant under Section 6(i) hereof.
Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.
Company Stock Options means any option to purchase Company Common Stock pursuant to any Company Stock Plans.
Other Share-Based Awards means Awards consisting of Share units, or other Awards, valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on, Shares.
Company Stock Option Plans means the Company’s 2000 Employee Stock Option Plan, 1997 Employee Stock Option Plan and 1995 Stock Option Plan, in each case as amended.
Awards means, collectively, Options, Purchased Stock, Bonus Stock, Stock Appreciation Rights, Phantom Stock, Restricted Stock, Performance Awards, or Other Stock or Performance Based Awards.
DSUs means the outstanding deferred share units issued under the DSU Plan.
Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".
Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
RSUs means that number of Restricted Stock Units listed in the Award Notice as “Restricted Stock Units Granted.”
Other Stock-Based Award means any right granted under Section 6(f) of the Plan.
Dividend Equivalents means a right granted to a Participant under the Plan to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Shares) of dividends paid on Shares.
Stock Rights means all dividends, instruments or other distributions and any other right or property which the Grantors shall receive or shall become entitled to receive for any reason whatsoever with respect to, in substitution for or in exchange for any Equity Interest constituting Collateral, any right to receive an Equity Interest and any right to receive earnings, in which the Grantors now have or hereafter acquire any right, issued by an issuer of such Equity Interest.
Performance Awards means Performance Units, Performance Shares or either or both of them.
Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.
Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.
SARS means the South African Revenue Service.
Incentive Stock Options means Option Rights that are intended to qualify as “incentive stock options” under Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.
Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.
Stock-Based Award means any Award, denominated in Shares, made pursuant to this Plan, including Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Deferred Stock Units, Performance Awards or Other Stock-Based Awards.
Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.
Compensation Options means the options of the Company to be issued to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.2 hereof to acquire Compensation Shares;
Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.
Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth in Section 8 below.
Cash-Based Award means an Award entitling the recipient to receive a cash-denominated payment.
option-based award means an award under an equity incentive plan of options, including, for greater certainty, share options, share appreciation rights, and similar instruments that have option-like features;
