Government Healthcare Program definition

Government Healthcare Program means Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and any other program for the provision of health care established by the U.S. federal government or a state government.
Government Healthcare Program means any “federal health care program” as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, state Medicaid programs, state CHIP programs, TRICARE and any similar or successor programs or plans, that provides health benefits, whether directly, through insurance, or otherwise, which is funded in whole or in part by any Governmental Entity.
Government Healthcare Program means all state and federal health benefit programs sponsored by a Governmental Authority, including any federal health care program (as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f)), Medicare and Medicare Advantage, state Medicaid programs, state CHIP programs, TRICARE and similar or successor programs with or for the benefit of any Governmental Authority

More Definitions of Government Healthcare Program

Government Healthcare Program shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(f) of this Agreement.
Government Healthcare Program means any federal healthcare program as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, state Medicaid programs, TRICARE and any similar or successor programs or plans, or any other federal, state or local Governmental Entity program that provides health benefits through insurance, or otherwise, which is funded in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any Governmental Entity, including in the case of testing uninsured individuals for COVID-19, treating uninsured individuals with a COVID-19 diagnosis, and administering COVID-19 vaccines to uninsured individuals, the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).
Government Healthcare Program means Medicaid, Medicare or any other Federal or Utah state or local county healthcare program applicable to the operation of any Property.

  • Indian Health Care Provider means a health care program operated by the Indian Health Service (IHS) or by an Indian Tribe, Tribal Organization, or Urban Indian Organization (otherwise known as an I/T/U) as those terms are defined in § 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (25 USC § 1603). Indian Health Care Provider includes a 638 Facility and provision of Indian Health Service Contract Health Services (IHS CHS).

  • Health care provider or "provider" means:

  • Government company means any company in which not less than fifty-one per cent. of the paid-up share capital is held by the Central Government, or by any State Government or Governments, or partly by the Central Government and partly by one or more State Governments, and includes a company which is a subsidiary company of such a Government company;

  • Healthcare Professional means any member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, or administer a pharmaceutical product.
