Government undertaking means any industrial undertaking carried on—
Government undertaking means a body corporate constituted by or under a Central or State Acl which is under the administrative control of the State Government or in which the State Government has exclusive proprietary interest;
Government undertaking means any Industrial undertaking carried on by a department of Government or by a corporation established by a Central provincial or state act, which is owned or controlled by the Government or by a govt. company as defined in Section 617 of the company Act, 1956.
