The Organisation shall publish, on an annual basis, on its internet site, the following information on Procurement Contracts exceeding EUR 15.000 and all Grants financed by the EU: title of the contract/project, nature and purpose of the contract/project, name and locality of the Contractor or Grant Beneficiary and amount of the contract/project.
Without prejudice to the power of the European Commission to exclude an entity from future procurement contracts and grants financed by the EU, the Organisation may impose financial penalties on Contractors and Grant Beneficiaries according to its own Regulations and Rules ensuring, where applicable, the right of defence of the Contractor or Grant Beneficiary.
The Organisation is responsible for the implementation of the Action described in Annex I, regardless of whether the activities are performed by the Organisation itself, a Contractor or a Grant Beneficiary.
