Grant Beneficiary definition

Grant Beneficiary means each of eligible Off-grid Solar Companies under Part 3(a) or Eligible Enterprises under Part 3(b) or Part 4(d)(v) of the Project, together referred to as “Grant Beneficiaries”.
Grant Beneficiary means the recipient of a Competitive Grant, meeting the criteria referred to in Paragraph C.2 of Section V of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Grant Beneficiary means any entity eligible to receive a Grant in accordance with eligibility criteria set forth in the Project Implementation Manual (as hereinafter defined).

  • It is understood that the term locality shall mean the address of the Grant Beneficiary indicated in the Grant Agreement or of any Contractor under Procurement Contract signed by the Organisation.

  • The Grant Beneficiary declares that all data provided by the Grant Beneficiary and specified in the Contract and its Annexes are true and correct.

  • Therefore, the Organisation shall comply with its obligations under this Agreement relying on information and actions which the Grant Beneficiary shall be contractually required to provide or perform under a Grant Agreement, in a time and form sufficient to meet the obligations of the Organisation established herein.

  • For the purpose of carrying out Part 2(b) of the Project, the Recipient shall make an RBF Grant available on a quarterly basis to an RBF Grant Beneficiary in accordance with eligibility criteria, selection procedures and guidelines as set forth in the Project Implementation Manual.

  • Article 22.1 of General Conditions, it is understood that the obligation of publication is not applicable to the contracts and grant agreements awarded by the Grant Beneficiary.


More Definitions of Grant Beneficiary

Grant Beneficiary means a recipient of the Community Grant and Competitive Grant, meeting the criteria referred to in Parts A.2 and C of Schedule 6 to this Agreement;
