Matching Grant definition

Matching Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient, through APIX, out of the proceeds of the Credit to a Beneficiary, for the purpose of financing activities under Part B.2 of the Project;
Matching Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made out of the proceeds of the Financing by the Recipient, through the Matching Grants Manager (as hereinafter defined), to a Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject in accordance with the provisions of Section I.B.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Matching Grant means a grant to be made to a Sub-Grant Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for a Sub-Project under Parts A.2(B) or B.1(A)(i) of the Project, for which the Sub-Grant Beneficiary must provide a matching contribution (in cash or in kind), as further detailed in the PIM.
