Matching Grant definition

Matching Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient, through APIX, out of the proceeds of the Credit to a Beneficiary, for the purpose of financing activities under Part B.2 of the Project;
Matching Grant means a matching grant designed to finance a Sub- project under Part B.2(b) of the Project, and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit;

More Definitions of Matching Grant

Matching Grant means a grant to be made to a Sub-Grant Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for a Sub-Project under Parts A.2(B) or B.1(A)(i) of the Project, for which the Sub-Grant Beneficiary must provide a matching contribution (in cash or in kind), as further detailed in the PIM.

Matching Grant. : means a City grant that cannot exceed 1/3 of the complete project budget; and that excludes City operating or capital budget funds.
Matching Grant has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
