Graphic violence definition

Graphic violence means the visual depiction or representation of realistic serious injury to a human or human-like being where such serious injury includes amputation, decapitation, dismemberment, bloodshed, mutilation, maiming or disfiguration;
Graphic violence means explicitly violent behavior. A video or computer software game includes “graphic violence” if it contains scenes or depictions of one (1) or more of the following.

  • acid attack victims means a person disfigured due to violent assaults by throwing of acid or similar corrosive substance.

  • Violent offense means a violent offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Sexual abuse means actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.

  • Obscene means containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse, masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of an excretory function.

  • Sexual orientation means actual or perceived heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality.

  • Obscene matter or an obscene performance means matter described in 1984 PA 343, MCL 752.361 to 752.374.

  • Computer Virus means any computer instruction, information, data or programme that destroys, damages, degrades or adversely affects the performance of a computer resource or attaches itself to another computer resource and operates when a programme, data or instruction is executed or some other event takes place in that computer resource;
