Green Area definition

Green Area means any space notified by the Government as green area which is required to be kept green other than a public park or green belt and includes a notified play ground;
Green Area means the Green Area as referred to in Special Condition No.(2)(a)(i)(I) of the Conditions and shown coloured Green on the plan marked “PLAN No.TM5586-SP” annexed to the Conditions;
