Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating phar- macy, that provides centralized prescription filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.
Commercial Mobile Radio Service or "CMRS" means commercial mobile radio service regulated under section 3 of title I and section 332 of title III of the communications act of 1934, chapter 652, 48 Stat 1064, 47 USC 153 and 332, and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission or provided under the wireless emergency service order. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:
Renminbi Dealer means an independent foreign exchange dealer of international repute active in the Renminbi exchange market in Hong Kong reasonably selected by the Issuer.
CPSC means the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Poverty line means the nonfarm federal poverty line for the continental United States, as defined by the federal department of labor under 42 USC 9902 (2).
Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
Lowest responsible bidder or vendor means the bidder or vendor: (1) whose response to a request for bids offers the lowest price and is responsive; and (2) who is responsible.
USFWS means the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
Gram Sabha means a body consisting of persons registered in the electoral rolls relating to a village comprised within the area of Panchayat at the village level;
Weapon-free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.
Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers The Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers, as published by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and effective with respect to fiscal periods ending on or after December 15, 1995.
Retail dealer means a person engaged in the business of storing and dispensing motor fuel from a motor fuel pump for sale on a retail basis, regardless of whether the motor fuel pump is located at a retail motor fuel site including a permanent or mobile location.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
investment dealer means a person or company registered in the category of investment dealer;
Grain dealer means a person engaged in the business of receiving, buying, exchanging, selling, or storing farm produce in this state. The term includes a farm produce trucker, grain merchandiser, or processor. The term does not include a person solely engaged in 1 of the following:
PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
LCME means Liaison Committee on Medical Education, an organization that accredits educational institutions granting degrees in medicine and surgery. The board approves programs that are accredited by LCME.
Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
Community Association Dues, Fees, and Assessments means all dues, fees, assessments and other charges that are imposed on Borrower or the Property by a condominium association, homeowners association or similar organization.
National Instrument 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations;
State school aid fund means the state school aid fund established in section 11 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963.
Mail order pharmacy means a pharmacy licensed by this
State educational institution means an institution enumerated in Article 12, Section 11 of the constitution of New Mexico;
Radio frequency identification (RFID means an automatic identification and data capture technology comprising one or more reader/interrogators and one or more radio frequency transponders in which data transfer is achieved by means of suitably modulated inductive or radiating electromagnetic carriers.
inter-dealer bond broker means a person or company that is approved by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada under its Rule No. 36 Inter-Dealer Bond Brokerage Systems, as amended, and is subject to its Rule No. 36 and its Rule 2100 Inter-Dealer Bond Brokerage Systems, as amended from time to time;
