Green Deal Premises definition

Green Deal Premises means the Property where energy efficiency improvements are to be installed under a Green Deal Plan;
Green Deal Premises means Premises at which Green Deal Charges are owed for the installation of energy efficiency measures or improvements, pursuant to a Green Deal Plan.
Green Deal Premises has the meaning given to that term in the Distribution Licences.

Examples of Green Deal Premises in a sentence

  • If there is a Green Deal at the Property we will send you a statement every 6 months which will include the following information: (i) that your Property is a Green Deal Premises; (ii) details of your weekly Green Deal Charges; (iii) how your Green Deal Charges are collected through your Pay As You Go meter (if applicable); and (iv) where you can find impartial advice about your Green Deal Plan.

  • If you are being supplied with electricity at Green Deal Premises we will start to collect Green Deal Charges, accruing after the Supply Start Date, from you through your electricity Bill or statement.

  • Green Deal Premises 6.7 A Green Deal Premises is a premises at which Green Deal Charges are owed to a Green Deal Provider.

More Definitions of Green Deal Premises

Green Deal Premises means a premises in respect of which green deal charges are owed to a green deal provider;
Green Deal Premises means a premises at which green deal charges are owed to a green deal provider;
