Grievance Hearing Committee definition

Grievance Hearing Committee means the Chair and the Grievance Hearing Board convened for a grievable dispute.
Grievance Hearing Committee means a committee established in accordance with this Proclamation during elections to give administrative decisions to complaints lodged at a regional electoral office, a constituency and a polling station level;
Grievance Hearing Committee means a committee consisting of not less than three (3) members of the Xxxxx County Legislature, appointed from time to time, for the purpose of hearing grievances in accordance with this procedure. The term “REPRESENTATIVE,” unless otherwise indicated, shall mean any person selected by the employee to appear with or on behalf of any employee in regard to any grievance, and shall include, but not be limited to, an attorney at law or a representative of any negotiating agent recognized by the County of Xxxxx to represent such employee. No provision of this Article or of this Agreement shall be interpreted to require the YCDSA to represent any employee at any stage of this procedure if the YCDSA considers the grievance to be without prevention or in contradiction of any law or regulations.

  • Within 90 days following receipt of the grievance complaint form, the Grievance Hearing Committee shall conduct a hearing.

  • The composition and membership of the Faculty Grievance Hearing Committee shall be as specified in section 4.11.3.8.

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
