Group I Reserve Fund definition

Group I Reserve Fund means the separate trust account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.21 hereof.

  • On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall cause an amount equal to the Group I Reserve Fund Deposit to be deposited into the Group I Reserve Fund.

Related to Group I Reserve Fund

  • Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
