Group II Interest Funds. With respect to Group II Mortgage Loans and any Distribution Date, the sum, without duplication, of (i) all scheduled interest due during the related Due Period and received before the related Servicer Remittance Date or advanced on or before the related Servicer Remittance Date less the Servicing Fee with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans, (ii) all Advances relating to interest with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans, (iii) all Compensating Interest with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans, (iv) Liquidation Proceeds with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans (to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds relate to interest), (v) proceeds of any purchase pursuant to Sections 2.02, 2.03, 3.12 or 9.01 (to the extent such proceeds relate to interest) and (vi) prepayment penalties and late payment fees received with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period, less all Non-Recoverable Advances with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans relating to interest reimbursed during the related Due Period.

The Group II Interest Funds for any Distribution Date shall be increased by the pro rata portion for such Group (based on the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account in respect of such Group) of the Capitalized Interest Requirement withdrawn from the Capitalized Interest Account for such Distribution Date.
