GS1 South Africa Master Licence definition

GS1 South Africa Master Licence means the exclusive licence granted by GS1 International to GS1 South Africa to issue GS1 Identification Keys and Electronic Product Codes and administer the GS1 system in South Africa.

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;

  • network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Licence Agreement means an agreement (whether or not in writing) between the owner of student accommodation and a student giving a licence to the student;

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).

  • Open Source License means a license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license.

  • Company Licensed IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by a third party and licensed to the Company or to which the Company otherwise has a right to use.

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.
