GSA Representative shall refer to the representative of a single GSA that holds a single seat on the Coordination Committee.

GSA Representative or “Representative” and their plural forms as appropriate shall mean a member of the Coordination Workgroup selected to represent the GSA in accordance with Exhibit “A” and Sections 4.1.2 – 4.1.4 of this Coordination Agreement.

  • The new cap is communicated to the Department Administrators by the Business Manager and to the graduate students via the Graduate School staff and/or GSA Representative Council.

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.

  • Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.

  • Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager, Finance Director, City Clerk or such other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.

  • Shareholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

  • Representative sample means a sample of a universe or whole (e.g., waste pile, lagoon, ground water) which can be expected to exhibit the average properties of the universe or whole.
