GSK Development Program definition

GSK Development Program means each of (i) the Exon 51 Program, and (ii) any PROSENSA Collaboration Program for which GSK has exercised its Option and, for both (i) and (ii), where such Program has not been terminated by GSK or terminated by PROSENSA (i.e for a termination by PROSENSA in the case of an uncured material breach by GSK of its diligence or other obligations with respect to such Program).
GSK Development Program means a Dynavax Program for which GSK exercises its Option and that has not been terminated by GSK.
GSK Development Program means a program of Development and Commercialization activities to be conducted by GSK hereunder with respect to the EPIX Program Compounds within an EPIX Program for which GSK exercises an Option in accordance with Section 4.1, such EPIX Program Compounds thereafter being referred to as GSK Development Compounds.

  • PROSENSA shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts with respect to those activities for which it is responsible to ensure orderly transition and uninterrupted Development of the GSK Development Program.

  • On a Program-by –Program basis, as a condition for GSK maintaining the exclusive license granted to GSK under Article 4 with respect to a particular GSK Development Program, GSK shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop and commercialize at least one Vector from the relevant GSK Development Program as a GSK Product within the projected timelines indicated in the relevant GSK Development Plan for such Program.

  • TELETHON-HSR shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts with respect to those activities for which it is responsible to ensure orderly transition and uninterrupted Development of the GSK Development Program.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing in this Section 8.2, following GSK’s termination of a GSK Development Program, Dynavax will be solely responsible for the Prosecution and Maintenance of the Dynavax Compound Patents and the Collaboration Patents owned solely by Dynavax or jointly by Dynavax and GSK.

Related to GSK Development Program

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
