GTCs definition

GTCs means these AVEVA General Terms and Conditions, which includes those terms and conditions set forth in the main body of the GTCs, and all of the various exhibits, addenda, and other documents incorporated into the GTCs.

GTCs means the BP Global Oil Americas General Terms and Conditions for Purchases and Sales of Crude Oil, Refined Petroleum, and Related Products (2020 Edition).
GTCs means the General Terms and Conditions of Transport for market areas H-Gas and L-Gas within the NCG Market Area published from time to time by the respective NCG Market Area Operator;
GTCs means these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In accordance with article L441-1 of the French Commercial Code, the GTCs constitute "the only basis for trade negotiations". GTCs means these General Terms and Conditions of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s.
GTCs means General Terms and Conditions which contain the general provisions of participation in Sales Sessions and Prequalification as well as the conditions for execution of GSA, as published by SELLER on its website; in case BUYER elects to provide a guarantee under 9.2:
