Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement definition

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement means each supplement to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by any Loan Party or any other Subsidiary of a Loan Party pursuant to Section 6.12, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement means a supplement to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.11.

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement has the meaning specified in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.

Examples of Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement in a sentence

• Any Subsidiary may become a party hereto by signing and delivering to the Administrative Agent a Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement, whereupon such Subsidiary shall become a “Guarantor” and a “Grantor” as defined herein.

• This Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New York.

• Any such Subsidiary becoming a party to this Agreement pursuant to this Section will enter into this Agreement in the capacity or capacities (and only capacity or capacities) set forth on the signature page to such Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement.

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement means a supplement hereto substantially in the form of Annex I hereto.
