Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement definition

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement means each supplement to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by any Loan Party or any other Subsidiary of a Loan Party pursuant to Section 6.12, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement means a supplement to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.11.

Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement has the meaning specified in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.

• C-1 the generality of the foregoing, each of this Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement and the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement secures the payment of all amounts that constitute part of the Secured Obligations and that would be owed by the undersigned to the Collateral Agent or any Secured Party under the Note Documents but for the fact that such Secured Obligations are unenforceable or not allowable due to the existence of a bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding involving a Grantor.
